To become a vendor/seller at pigaluku.

a. You create a shop, and display all your necessary shop details – this doesn’t mean you have to have a physical shop.

b. Add your fashion items, set your prices.

c. Start selling directly to shoppers.

d. Our part is to help you reach more customers through advertising and marketing.

e. When Customers choose your product, they buy from you and pay you directly.

f. If clients have any inquiry about your product, they contact you directly.

g. We don’t take any commission from your sales.

To register as a vendor, visit the Pigaluku website scroll down to the ‘register your shop’ section and click on the “Get Started Here” button. Follow the simple steps to create your shop and start listing your fashion items.

No, Pigaluku doesn’t charge any listing fees. Listing products on Pigaluku is free.

Pigaluku saves shoppers valuable time by consolidating all fashion sellers and items in one platform.

Instead of following countless Instagram pages or visiting multiple physical shops, shoppers can conveniently browse, explore, and discover a wide variety of fashion items in one place.

This streamlines the shopping process, making it efficient and hassle-free. Whether you’re looking for the latest trends or unique styles, Pigaluku simplifies your fashion journey and brings the marketplace to your fingertips.

Pigaluku features a wide range of fashion items, including clothing for men, women, and children, as well as accessories and footwear.

When an order is placed on Pigaluku, vendors receive notification of the order on their dashboard.

The buyer is also encouraged to contact the vendor about the order.

At this point, vendors have several options:

  1. Approve the Order: Vendors can choose to approve the order if they have the product in stock and are ready to fulfill it. This action signals to the customer that the order is accepted.

  2. Hold the Order: Vendors may opt to hold the order if they need more information from the customer or if there are specific conditions to be met before proceeding with the sale. This keeps the order in a pending state until further communication.

  3. Cancel the Order: Vendors have the option to cancel the order if they are unable to fulfill it due to various reasons such as unavailability of the product or other unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Complete the Order: After the delivery and payment, the vendor will mark the transaction as completed.

Once the vendor approves the order and the delivery terms are agreed upon and completed, the vendor marks the order as “completed.” It’s important to note that the payment process is conducted directly between the customer and the vendor, following the vendor’s specified payment terms.

At the moment Pigaluku offers only 2 payment options ie Cash, Mobile money to make it convenient for buyers to pay for their purchases.

After placing an order on Pigaluku, customers make payments directly to the vendor according to the vendor’s specified payment terms. Pigaluku does not handle or facilitate payments between customers and vendors. The payment details and methods are typically provided by the vendor, and customers should follow the vendor’s instructions for completing the payment.

This direct payment process ensures transparency and efficiency in transactions between customers and vendors on our platform.

All vendors and their contact details are found in the OUR SHOPS menu. Vendor details are also found on the displayed products. You can also contact a seller by clicking on the “Contact Vendor” button on their product listing. This will allow you to send them a message directly.

While we encourage buyers to complete transactions on the Pigaluku platform for the benefit of both buyers and sellers, we do understand that there may be instances where buyers prefer to contact vendors directly and arrange offline transactions.

Please keep in mind that completing transactions on Pigaluku helps vendors maintain accurate sales records and data on their dashboard, which can be valuable for their business.

If you choose to make an offline transaction, we recommend ensuring clear communication with the vendor to facilitate a smooth and secure process.

It’s important to note that Pigaluku will not be held responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise during such offline transactions.

In many cases, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of delivery.

However, these terms can vary from one seller to another, so it’s important for buyers to check the seller’s policies and any specific information provided in the product listings regarding delivery charges.

Communication between buyers and sellers can help clarify and agree upon the payment of delivery fees to ensure a smooth transaction. Pigaluku aims to provide flexibility for sellers to set their own delivery terms, enhancing the overall shopping experience for buyers.

The return and exchange policies may vary from seller to seller. You can check the seller’s policies on their shop page or contact them directly for more information.
